A) Orders are not cancelable. If the customer cancels, the Manufacturer has the right to Invoice and collect all payments due in Full or otherwise a Restocking charge may apply at the discretion of the Manufacturer without any exceptions made.

B) Aerospace reserves the right to follow the Wire & Cable Industry practice of shipping plus or minus 10% of the total quantity ordered. All lengths over one hundred feet will be shipped and considered within tolerance. Reels are not returnable.

C) Customer may not return cables under any circumstance without a return authorization. We reserve the right to scrap any unauthorized returns and no credit will be allowed. (see section E)

D) Inspection and final acceptance shall be made at factory prior to shipment. All products furnished thereunder shall be within the tolerances, limits and sizes established by Industry specifications.

E) If the material is found to be inoperative or defective, a short sample of the item must be forwarded to Aerospace with a written explanation of the problem Upon examination and verification of the claim, we will issue authorization to return the material for further examination. No credit will be issued until all the cables are thoroughly inspected and the problem is verified. No returns or credits will be issued for problems arising from improper storage, mechanical damage, misuse, improper installation and/or use of cable (s) for purposes other than intended and specified on the purchase order. Aerospace will not be responsible for any damages caused by the assigned carrier. All claims must be noted on delivery and settled directly with the trucking company.

F) Payment terms are net 30 days. Aerospace will charge a 2% penalty to all invoices not paid in full within 45 days. Customer is responsible for all legal fees plus interest if it becomes necessary to refer any invoices to a collection attorney.

G) In no case or circumstance will Aerospace Wire & Cable, Inc. be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental damages stemming from the use or sale of our product (s). Aerospace is not responsible for any items shipped outside of the United States and customer agrees to bear all cost and liabilities arising from export, including but not limited to: freight charges, monetary depreciations and other handling charges. Aerospace Wire & Cables’ liability shall not exceed the original purchase price.

H) All items are sold to the above terms and condition. The Customer agrees to exclusively participate in arbitration to resolve any disputes that may arise.
